We are offering an exciting opportunity in South San Francisco, California for a VP/Director of Finance to join our team in the industry. As a VP/Director of Finance, you will be primarily involved in handling Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, and other accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and manage the organization's Annual Budget, ensuring all financial data aligns with company goals and budget forecasts.
• Conduct regular Auditing and ensure all financial actions adhere to the company's financial policies and legal regulations.
• Manage Budget Processes to ensure the efficient and effective allocation of resources.
• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur for efficient financial management and report preparation.
• Implement and manage 3M in the organization to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure all accounting functions are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements • Proven experience in a managerial role within a Finance Department, preferably as a VP/Director of Finance.
• Proficiency in using 3M and other accounting software systems for streamlining finance-related processes.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for managing payroll and HR functions.
• Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and other accounting functions effectively.
• Experience in using Concur for expense management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated skills in preparing annual budgets and conducting budget processes.
• Expertise in carrying out auditing procedures to ensure financial compliance.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management.
• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements in financial processes.
