The Vice President, Finance – Leasing Enablement Organization is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading a multifaceted team responsible for the end-to-end management of accounting, compliance, reporting, and system design for Integrated Financing and related services revenue. This role ensures operational excellence across a dynamic and evolving landscape shaped by customer, regulatory, and internal changes.
The position oversees three critical pillars:
Finance Account Support: Maintain robust oversight of the services and subscription business, including Managed Print Services (MPS) and Device as a Service (DaaS). This pillar ensures accurate accounting, account-level support for deals and renewals, and close collaboration with Customer Success Managers. Accounting and Compliance: Ensures regulatory compliance, SOX controls, and robust accounting oversight for Integrated Financing and related services revenue. System Design, Analytics, and Transformation: Coordinate system requirements and partner with Lead to Cash Transformation initiatives to optimize operational, accounting, and compliance processes.
The Vice President is fully accountable for the success of the Leasing Enablement Organization, setting strategic vison, influencing strategy, fostering innovation, setting policy and direction, and driving measurable functional, operational, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for Integrated Financing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the design and implementation of services and financing capabilities, controls, and processes.Strengthen the controls environment and drive improvements in contractual services processes, including lease management, customer billing, and revenue recognition.Lead the development of new systems and platforms, such as the Integrated Lease Management Solution (LMS).Build and maintain SOX-compliant controls in the contractual services space.Expand revenue coverage for supported customer accounts and drive profitability through initiatives such as HPEFS recoveries.Provide leadership and oversight of a team of directors, managing staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.Partner with cross-functional teams to design tools and processes that support operational efficiency and business objectives.Key Initiatives:
Utilize and optimize the Integrated Lease Management Solution (LMS) platform.Establish and execute SOX controls to ensure compliance across leasing and revenue processes.Drive transformation in services-related systems and processes, including install base and billing improvements.Expand financial and operational oversight of customer accounts.Support balance sheet management and key migrations (e.g., CBA/S4).Leadership Responsibilities:
Directs the finance function for a large, complex business or sub-function, driving accountability across all pillars.Oversees the allocation of financial and human resources to deliver on strategic objectives.Monitors key performance metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.Develops and maintains policies, standards, and guidelines for financial management and operational efficiency.Acts as a key advisor to executive management, influencing strategic direction and developing organizational policies.Requirements:
Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and compliance in a large, with a proven track record of leadership in a large, complex organization.Expertise in leasing, integrated financing, and contractual services, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and operational challenges.Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of leasing, integrated financing, and contractual services.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to align cross-functional teams.Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational details and big-picture strategies.Ability to operate independently and make decisions in a highly technical area.About the Leasing Enablement Organization (LEO):

Education and Experience Required
