**The Role**
The Vice President of Go-To-Market & Customer Migration reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) & Operations and is accountable for delivering highly effective & efficient GTM strategies for Lumen’s product, sales & marketing functions. The role is directly responsible for innovating & overseeing Lumen’s GTM approach, building a highly repeatable GTM strategies for net new sales, expansion sales, and customer migrations, while ensuring highly effective product, sales and marketing content is built and leveraged across the end-to-end sales & customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will lead with Lumen’s cultural attributes top of mind, be highly collaborative, have intimate knowledge of commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing & sales enablement, and have a deep understanding of the end-to-end B2B commercial process required to drive positive impact across all aspects of sales growth.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Recruit, hire, build out and oversee Lumen’s GTM & Customer Migration team, inclusive of GTM program managers, customer migration program specialists, and GTM business analysis.
+ Lead and oversee the continuous improvement of Lumen’s GTM process by developing and monitoring GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide actionable insights & improvement recommendations to product, sales, marketing and executive leadership team; lead the operationalization and deployment of recommended improvements.
+ Develop, launch and oversee Lumen’s Customer Migration Factory, a highly repeatable and scalable migration program to help accelerate customer’s movement from legacy to strategic Lumen solutions.
+ Oversee the development of all necessary sales and customer migration content. Establish migration KPIs that enable senior leadership to track & monitor migration progress.
+ Guide and govern all key aspects of GTM success, including the delivery and use of repeatable and scalable product sales guidance and supporting bill of materials content.
+ Partner closely with Lumen’s SVP of Product Management, SVP of Segments, senior product leadership, product marketing leadership, and the SVP of Sales Enablement & Operations to ensure a One Lumen approach to all aspects Go-to-market, inclusive of establishing a clear GTM strategies and deliverables.
+ Head strategic planning for GTM and Customer Migrations, inclusive of recommending improvement strategies for product and sales execution.
+ Facilitate the adjustment and enhancement of GTM KPIs as necessary to better assess performance and adjust ongoing GTM strategies & programs as needed.
+ Lead, mentor, model, coach and develop a high-performing GTM & Customer Migration team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in GTM or related product, sales or marketing experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong, proven expertise in building and leading with data and GTM performance metrics.
• Proven experience managing complex customer migrations and/or equivalent sale programs
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

**Compensation**
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$176,400 - $235,200 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$185,220 - $246,960 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$194,040 - $258,720 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
