The RoleThe Vice President of Go-To-Market & Customer Migration reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) & Operations and is accountable for delivering highly effective & efficient GTM strategies for Lumen’s product, sales & marketing functions. The role is directly responsible for innovating & overseeing Lumen’s GTM approach, building a highly repeatable GTM strategies for net new sales, expansion sales, and customer migrations, while ensuring highly effective product, sales and marketing content is built and leveraged across the end-to-end sales & customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will lead with Lumen’s cultural attributes top of mind, be highly collaborative, have intimate knowledge of commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing & sales enablement, and have a deep understanding of the end-to-end B2B commercial process required to drive positive impact across all aspects of sales growth.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in GTM or related product, sales or marketing experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong, proven expertise in building and leading with data and GTM performance metrics.
• Proven experience managing complex customer migrations and/or equivalent sale programs
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges

$176,400 - $235,200 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$185,220 - $246,960 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$194,040 - $258,720 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
