Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.

Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience using design and architectural patterns.

Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk and implement new ideas.

Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

Utilize multiple architectural components in design and development of client requirements.

Architect and design OpenShift/Azure Kubernetes in different network segments using DMZ, TEST NET and Secure production.

Utilize monitoring stack and develop new monitoring solutions for Enterprise level applications using Promethues, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog and CA APM.

Code and develop automation scripts and strategies using Ansible, Ansible tower, Shell, Python, and Red Hat.

Utilize full stack engineering and Linux for coding and debugging.

Design Proof of concepts using enhanced CI/CD methodologies, gitops, argocd, tekton and jenkins with high availability for business supported applications.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

Master's degree or equivalent in m Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related; and

3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Architecting and designing OpenShift/Azure Kubernetes in different network segments using DMZ, TEST NET and Secure production;

Utilizing monitoring stack and develop new monitoring solutions for Enterprise level applications using Promethues, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog and CA APM;

Coding and developing automation scripts and strategies using Ansible, Ansible tower, Shell, Python, and Red Hat;
