Responsibilities

Vice President Labor Productivity Management is responsible to direct the development, implementation and ongoing management of enterprise-wide labor management procedures and strategies that support organizational goals and initiatives.

Establish and lead dedicated labor management resources that provides specialized support to ministry markets around routine labor management practices and other operational/financial improvement initiatives.Lead and develop a labor support model to provide services to market ministries for process improvement, expense reduction and labor management.Develop system ministry level strategic plans and direct the labor management team to ensure the strategies are executed on to include labor management, premium pay, contract labor and overall labor expense management.Lead and develop an analyst team around the total cost of labor initiatives while supporting forecasting processes and business strategies.Develop, manage, and forecast volume and target requirements based on volume trends, stakeholder demand changes, business environment changes, and resource utilization.Assess and maintain quality control practices that improve productivity and operational metrics.Establish and evaluate internal rate of return and return on investment for operational programs and processes.
Requirements

Education:

Associate's degree requiredBachelor's degree preferred15 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience preferred in Healthcare Labor
Management, with 10 years of those years being in leadership.
