Job Summary:
Reporting to the President of Global Delivery, the Vice President will be responsible to drive revenue and margin growth within our Service Line offering for key and growth accounts. This will be accomplished through systematically analyzing and segmenting market and customer needs, evaluating our customer's product life cycle, and developing a plan with operations to expand existing services, create new offerings and/or business models. These solutions will align with our Strategic Plan and Customer Success / Value Creation.
Job Duties:
The Vice President in this role is responsible for the continued growth, service, operations, and leadership of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain service line. Additionally, you will play an integral part in overall business growth of Belcan.
Required Qualifications:
Growth:
* Provide technical leadership for all service product offerings
* Identify growing markets that align with our Consulting Services offerings. Include Market Analysis, Customer Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Gaps and opportunities.
* Support the development of a Marketing campaign to introduce Belcan Manufacturing & Supply Chain services. Introduce our service offerings, capabilities and value propositions.
* Support the creation of a Business model including competitive strategy and marketing plan.
* Grow key and growth accounts with the support of the internal organization
* Introduce Belcan management to influential customer employees and assist in establishing on-going relationships
* Support the identification of key talent to onboard at Belcan to service our customers
* Identify new account growth opportunities within our active and emerging customers
* Develop and maintain a positive strategic relationship with our customers to uncover new opportunities, projects or initiatives that require our services
Other:
* Lead M&SC Operations team efficiently
* Drive projects to established KPI"s
* Support projects appropriately to assure proper service delivery
* Assist in balancing resources across customers, working with Account Management & Growth Teams to achieve the best overall business outcomes
* Support of delivery and governance (OTD, Quality, & Cost )
* Lead standardization of business processes
* Identity & Support Globalization, M&A and Partnership Development initiatives
* Support maintaining of strong customer relationships
* Perform market assessments / analysis
* Develop Case Studies
* Develop Belcan technical differentiators
* Develop an extensive understanding of customer sourcing strategies
* Develop and/or review strategic proposals
* Develop 'Basis of Estimate' database to support competitive FFP and Unit Pricing models
* Leverage the talent and offerings of all of Belcan; network through the organization and 'connect the dots' that will create solutions for our customers and growth for our business
* Other duties as assigned
Support for Success:
We will provide several resources to help you align quickly with the business including a significant amount of one-on one time to assimilate you. A critical success factor will be how quickly you can build relationships with the business unit leaders and customers.
