**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in business-to-business (B2B) sales to hospitals and educational institutions. This role requires a motivated individual to promote and sell products or services tailored to the healthcare and educational sectors, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales and Business Development:**
2. Identify and target prospective hospitals and schools to generate new business opportunities.
3. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential clients based on their specific needs.
4. Develop customized solutions to meet client requirements in the healthcare and education industries.
5. **Client Relationship Management:**
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as administrators, procurement managers, and department heads.
7. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. **Market Analysis and Strategy:**
9. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and materials tailored to the healthcare and education sectors.
11. **Reporting and Documentation:**
12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
13. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
14. **Collaboration:**
15. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
16. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand professional networks and promote offerings.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
+ Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or education industries.
+ Strong understanding of the healthcare and school procurement processes.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Knowledge of healthcare and educational equipment, supplies, or services.
+ Existing relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and schools.
+ Experience with solution-based or consultative selling techniques.

**Pay Details:** $135,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
