The role will work closely with executive leadership to develop strategies and set priorities, working with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and track progress. **Essential Job Functions:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. **Duties and Responsibilities** : + Plans, executes, controls, and reports on workstreams, tasks, and initiatives + Actively manages communications to internal teams, stakeholders, field users, customers, and vendors + Creates appropriate metrics, generates and publishes metrics-based performance reports for all aspects of team and workstream activity + Owns high-level / strategic planning, and guides successful execution of team workstreams, tasks, initiatives, and operations + Ensures completion of all documentation for workstreams, initiatives, and ongoing operations + Ensures appropriate & timely communications to all stakeholders, users, customers, and vendors + Owns gathering and reporting of appropriate metrics for all aspects of team activity _The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. Active listener to ensure clear understanding + Drives Vision and Purpose – Influences others to engage with the organization’s mission and values + Manages Conflict Courageously –Resolves conflicts in a proactive, healthy and productive manner using active listening and consideration of different perspectives + Negotiations Skills –Maintains integrity of motivation and purpose while demonstrating the skill of persuasion or achieving as close to a win-win arrangement as possible + Optimizes Work Processes – Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement + Results Oriented – Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree required + Master’s Degree preferred + Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in progressing leadership roles (IT general, application development, business analyst, project management, training or testing management) required + Minimum of 10 years’ experience in people management including demonstrated experience in mentoring and growing resources required + Minimum of 5 years experience in project management methodology and structures + Minimum of 3 years relevant executive-level work experience required + Experience with professional services organizations, including staffing and consulting, required **Location: In office.** Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval. **Travel Requirements:** 50% travel (e.g. 50 % travel to differing locations, 50% of the time working from an office) **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position: Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.
