Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy and Implementation + Drive the integration of AI technologies across ManageCasa’s platform to enhance features such as predictive analytics, tenant communication, and workflow automation. + Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring scalability and user-friendliness. + Partner with product and engineering teams to conceptualize, prototype, and deploy AI-powered tools. Engineering Leadership + Architect and enhance software solutions that align with the company’s strategic and AI-focused goals. + Lead, mentor, and expand a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and adaptability to AI advancements. + Drive the development and implementation of engineering processes and practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality, AI-enhanced software. Collaboration and Resource Management + Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering and AI strategies with business objectives. + Manage the engineering budget, effectively allocating resources to maximize productivity, innovation, and AI development.
