Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing engineered structures business in hiring for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources. This critical role will oversee and guide all HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. The VP of HR will actively shape the organization's culture, fostering a high-performance environment and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and collaborate with the HR team to design and implement policies, practices, and procedures that align with the company's goals.Guide workforce engagement, talent development, and diversity initiatives to create a thriving, inclusive culture.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage compensation, benefits, and performance programs.Oversee strategic talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in HR operations.Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices to support the company's growth and success.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other certifications preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience in addition to leadership experience.Strong expertise in HR functions (employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance).Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred).
