Salary: $150,000 - 220,000/yearThe Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) / Facility Security Officer (FSO) is a strategic leadership position responsible for managing the company’s human resources functions while ensuring compliance with all federal security regulations as they pertain to government contracting. The VP of HR/FSO will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies, lead talent acquisition and retention programs, and foster an inclusive and high-performance organizational culture. Simultaneously, this role will be responsible for all aspects of facility security, including safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), the Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and other federal requirements.
