**VP Information Technology** Reports to CEO Peers: Leadership Team consisting of all Division Presidents and VP’s. Direct reports: + Director of Business Process Programming + Programming consultant – iSeries + integrations + Programming consultant – Salesforce + Programming consultants – Conga + Network Manager + HelpDesk Manager/Salesforce Admin/Systems Admin – has two Sr. Helpdesk technicians + NFC Programming staff: # consultants and1 semi-retired consultant Responsibilities: + Work with company leadership to set the vision and direction for technology at National + Networked systems performance, availability and coordinated maintenance windows to maintain current levels of updates/upgrades + Performance and availability of the two custom-written (RPG) ERP systems on the IBM iSeries platform, for two separate Business Units (NVL & NFC) + Performance and availability of custom-written Salesforce systems (NVL+, Agent & Driver Recruiting) + Ensure data integrity and security for the network and all company systems + Migration of onsite servers to the cloud portfolio of Microsoft, IBM, and AWS + Overall performance and configuration of online phone system on Ring Central’s cloud + Negotiate vendor contracts & licensing + Review and approve invoices for all IT vendors + Provide annual budgetary requirements + Oversee and guide IT staff and hire new FTE’s as necessary + Review staff & consultants timesheets, vacation, and PTO in ADP, Paychex Flex, and the Agent Network **Pay Details:** $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
