VP of Sales & Marketing Details:
Direct Hire position$200,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)• The Vice President (VP) of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the President/CEO and play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s sales & marketing strategy.
• Will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams to drive growth, enhance all company brands, including brand presence, and expand into new markets.
• Proven track record in business development and leadership within the grocery, supermarket, and professional hospitality sectors, with a particular focus on the supermarket and food service industries.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
• Lead the formulation of annual business plans and growth targets.
• Spearhead’s initiative to enter new markets and enhance competitive positioning.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior-level decision-makers, to support client retention and business growth.
• Drive the creation of innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget and monitor financial performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and forecasts.
VP of Sales & Marketing Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field and minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the supermarket and food industry or a similar B2B context, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve significant business growth.
• Experience in developing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate market data and trends into actionable business strategies.
• Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop networks and partnerships that drive business success.
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
