VP of Sales - SLED Space
Job Description A minority-owned business focused in the public sector serving customers in the state and local markets is looking for a VP of Sales to support delivery activities for their new SLED book of business. The VP of Sales for SLED will develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and build and manage a high-performing sales team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales strategy, team management, and achieving ambitious targets. This person will also be expected to grow their team (with hiring decision ability). Skills and Requirements - In-depth familiarity with State and Local cooperative contract vehicles. - 10+ years of industry sales experience within SLED in the Technology industry. - Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales in SLED Open to someone who is a Sr. Director looking for the next step - Successful track record as a thought leader in the public sector industry. - Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. - Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams.
