Overview Expected pay for this position is $198.58 - $248.23/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The VP, OSF Institutes Physician Leader functions as the overall clinical leader for the Institute. This leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operations of the Central region’s service lines institutes, clinics, and physician practices. This individual will be directly responsible for clinical and operational performance evaluation, driving operational excellence, and improving patient experience at the destination center along with serving as a regional liaison across the ministry.
