Job DescriptionUpstream Rehabilitation, is looking for aVP Preferred Therapy Providers to join our team

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice President will act as the enterprise business leader for Preferred Therapy Providers and is responsible for all company operations, sales, and financial performance. This role will lead Preferred Therapy Providers into its next chapter of growth and product expansion while maintaining its legacy as a leader in the Therapy Network space. Core areas of the business that report into the Vice President are Provider Recruitment, Payor Contracting & Credentialing, and Revenue Cycle. As a wholly-owned part of Upstream Rehabilitation, the Vice President will work collaboratively with other business leaders to maximize and leverage shared strategic assets. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree10 years healthcare experience5 years in a senior leadership role including P&L responsibilityPayor Relations and contracting experience Proficient in all of MS Office software productsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional virtual work habits.High Emotional IntelligenceBaseline knowledge of business accounting 

 

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Lead operations, business development, and payor contracting efforts to achieve company goalsDevelop and execute on a growth minded business plan by leveraging untapped areas of opportunityLead and develop team members to create a high-functioning team environmentWork with executive team to develop budgetary plans that support company goalsLeverage Upstream assets and scale to optimize operating modelDevelop relationships with key clients and payors to foster long-term strategic partnersPromote and support the company mission, vision, and values
