WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Developer Support Specialist, you will:
Escalate non-standard submissionsReport on trends and advocate for platform level solutionsCommunicate with developers and internal partners about their ticket inquiriesUse problem solving skills, in conjunction with tools and resources, to resolve non-standard and/or escalated issuesEnsure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)Solve problems or offer solutions that are that are generally unstructured and require extensive clarificationMaintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduceResolution mindset, proven experience helping advertisers navigate the client online platform tools to a solutionMeticulous attention to detailStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environmentAbility to work as a team member, as well as independently and collaborativelyDemonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and mannerAbility to work with and wear VR equipment daily and for extended periods of time if neededStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly Strong computer navigation skills and PC KnowledgeADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED requiredExtensive personal or professional experience with video gaming, virtual reality (VR) requiredMinimum of 1 to 3 Years of experience in Call Center, Technical Support, Office Administrative or Social Media preferredBA/BS degree preferredAble to rotate shifts as needed as well as adhere to shift schedules and maintain acceptable attendance.Employment for this position will begin onsite in office starting on day 1 of employment at 11800 Alterra Pkwy Austin, TX 78758. The employment location may at any time change from this address to the downtown Austin location at 300 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78701 and all candidates must be flexible to change to employment in person onsite at this office in the future.
