Description Responsibilities: • Oversee the process of traffic violations in accordance with established procedures and protocols. • Amend and update owner names and addresses that exceed 30 characters prior to confirmation. • Manage the daily confirm file records by visually matching the vehicle make and appropriate lane. • Aid in reviewing and gathering information through LexisNexis for violation records with licenses that cannot be obtained through SOS or Nlets. • Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to address and resolve customer inquiries. • Apply your proficiency in About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Auditing, Billing Functions, and Cash Activity to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Employ your expertise in Microsoft Excel for data entry and email correspondence. • Exhibit effective communication skills to identify and convey essential information. • Ensure all customer service standards are met and exceeded. The salary range for this position is $15/hr to $16/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
