HOW A VTC SCHEDULER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Interpret requests from customers and schedule their conference using Cisco conferencing configuration tools.
● Modifies and adds endpoints/rooms to existing conferences
● Coordinates testing with meeting hosts during defined timeframes
● Schedules VTC calls for global customer base
● Performs VTC resource conflict resolution
● Coordinates resource availability with conference participants
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem
● Preferred Skills: VTC and A/V equipment a plus
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required
● Shift: Mon-Fri Day
