Job Title: VTC Technician
Job Description

Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems within a secure environment, ensuring reliable and secure communication channels for mission-critical operations. Provide support for day-to-day operations at the JNWC. Coordinate classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meetings. Test, troubleshoot, and ensure VTC bridge and endpoint interoperability. Create and maintain SOP's for utilization of conference center equipment. Identify and execute process improvements to improve operational efficiency. Manage inventory of end-user devices and create and manage user accounts. Support other associated activities, tasks, and projects in a very diverse and fast-paced test, operations-focused environment.

This role is based at Kirtland AFB. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, involving a variety of technologies and equipment. The position offers full PTO and benefits, and the opportunity to support a well-known contract in NM. Dress code and specific facility conditions will be provided upon hiring.
