**_Responsibilities:_**
_Junior-level:_
+ _Serves as a focal point for all vulnerability and change management actions_
+ _Review, plan, test, implement, track, and report on all functions related to patching, updating, or upgrading IT systems_
+ _Ensures compliance with USCYBERCOM, USTRANSCOM, USAF cyber orders, and JTMS Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements_
+ _Supports test plan development and perform system configuration testing_
+ _Schedules and coordinates Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) as directed by the ISSM team_
+ _Performs weekly vulnerability and compliance scans using government-approved tools_
+ _Provides results and recommended remediation actions based on scan findings_
+ _Updates government vulnerability management systems (e.g., DISA Continuous Monitoring Risk Scoring 'CMRS' system)_
+ _Assists in maintaining documentation related to vulnerability management processes and procedures_
_Intermediate level:_
+ _Serves as the focal point for all vulnerability and change management actions_
+ _Review, plan, test, implement, track, and report on all functions related to patching, updating, or upgrading IT systems_
+ _Ensures compliance with USCYBERCOM, USTRANSCOM, USAF cyber orders, and JTMS Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements_

+ _Schedules and coordinates Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) as directed by the ISSM team_
+ _Performs weekly vulnerability and compliance scans using government-approved tools_

+ _Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and resolve vulnerabilities_
+ _Stays current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies_
_Senior-level:_
+ _Serves as the primary point of contact for all vulnerability and change management actions_
+ _Review, plan, test, implement, track, and report on all functions related to patching, updating, or upgrading IT systems_
+ _Supports test plan development and performs system configuration testing_
+ _Schedules and coordinates Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) as directed by the ISSM team_
+ _Performs weekly vulnerability and compliance scans using government-approved tools_
+ _Provides results and recommended remediation actions based on scan findings_
+ _Updates government vulnerability management systems (e.g., DISA Continuous Monitoring Risk Scoring 'CMRS' system)_

+ _Ensures compliance with USCYBERCOM, USTRANSCOM, USAF cyber orders, and JTMS Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements_

+ _Develops and implements strategic vulnerability management policies and procedures_
+ _Mentors junior team members and provide expert guidance on complex vulnerability issues_
**_Qualifications:_**
_Required:_
_Junior:_
+ _Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)_
+ _0-3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or vulnerability management_
+ _Basic understanding of vulnerability management principles and practices_
+ _Familiarity with common vulnerability scanning tools and techniques_
+ _Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols_
+ _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
+ _Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills_
+ _Ability to work effectively in a team environment_
+ _Strong written and verbal communication skills_
+ _U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances_
_Intermediate:_
+ _Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)_
+ _3-8 years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or a related field_
+ _Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies_
+ _Familiarity with USCYBERCOM, USTRANSCOM, and USAF cyber orders_
+ _Experience with DISA CMRS or similar vulnerability management systems_
+ _Proficiency in conducting and analyzing vulnerability scans_
+ _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
+ _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal_
+ _Ability to work effectively in a team environment_
+ _Current security clearance or ability to obtain one_
_Senior:_
+ _Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)_
+ _8-11 years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or a related field_
+ _In-depth knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies_
+ _Strong understanding of USCYBERCOM, USTRANSCOM, and USAF cyber orders_
+ _Familiarity with JTMS Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements_
+ _Experience with government vulnerability management systems (e.g., DISA CMRS)_
+ _Proficiency in performing and analyzing vulnerability and compliance scans_
+ _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
+ _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal_
+ _Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects_
_Subject Matter Expert/SME:_
+ _Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)_
+ _Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in vulnerability management and cybersecurity_
+ _Extensive knowledge of USCYBERCOM, USTRANSCOM, and USAF cyber orders and compliance requirements_
+ _In-depth understanding of JTMS Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes_
+ _Expert-level proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools and techniques_
+ _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex cybersecurity challenges_
+ _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders_
+ _Experience with DISA Continuous Monitoring Risk Scoring (CMRS) system or similar vulnerability management systems_
+ _Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances_

+ _Internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability management_
+ _Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures_
+ _Knowledge of DISA STIG and NIST guidelines_
+ _Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Tenable)_
+ _Progress towards or interest in obtaining relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP)_
_Intermediate:_
+ _Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, GIAC, or Security+_
+ _Experience working in government or military IT environments_
+ _Knowledge of NIST, FISMA, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks_
+ _Familiarity with change management processes and tools_
+ _Experience with patch management systems and processes_
_Senior:_
+ _Master's degree in a relevant field_
+ _Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent_
+ _Experience working with DoD or other government agencies_
+ _Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST guidelines_
+ _Familiarity with change management processes and ITIL framework_
+ _Experience with automation and scripting for vulnerability management tasks_
_Subject Matter Expert/SME:_
+ _Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GIAC)_
+ _Experience working with DoD agencies and understanding of their specific cybersecurity requirements_
+ _Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools_
+ _Track record of implementing successful vulnerability management programs_
+ _Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training_

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
