**Job Description:** Become a key player in the semiconductor industry as a Manufacturing Technician. You'll operate advanced semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment, focusing on photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and other critical processes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and manage both manual and computer-controlled equipment.
+ Set up and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
+ Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components.
+ Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Ability to perform light lifting and stand for extended periods.
+ Experience using microscopes.
+ Manual dexterity and willingness to learn.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience.
+ Experience in electronics assembly.
+ Computer proficiency and knowledge of semiconductor processes.

**Job Type & Location:** Long-term contract-to-hire position in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
