**Job Posting: Food Station Server** **Position:** Food Station Server **Location:** SW Washington, DC **Job Type:** Part-time **Compensation:** $23/PH **Job Overview:** We are looking for a friendly and reliable **Food Station Server** to join our team! In this role, you will maintain a food station where guests will create their own meals. You’ll ensure the station is well-prepped, clean, and fully stocked throughout the event. Exceptional customer service and presentation skills are crucial as you engage with guests and enhance their dining experience. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain and oversee a self-serve food station, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked. + Assist guests in building their own meals with a welcoming and friendly attitude. + Set up and prep the food station before the event, ensuring all necessary items are in place. + Perform post-event cleanup, including restocking, wiping down surfaces, and organizing the station. + Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards at all times. + Work collaboratively with other event staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests. **Qualifications:** + Excellent **customer service** skills and a positive attitude. + Strong attention to **presentation** and detail. + Ability to stand for **long periods of time** during events. + Capable of **lifting up to 30 lbs** for event setup and teardown. + Previous experience in food service or event hospitality is a plus, but not required. **Dress Code:** + Casual attire with **black tops** . Clean and professional appearance required.
