Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 Preferably 3 years of previous waiter/waitress experience in a similar environment, 5 years for Senior Waiter Basic knowledge of wine & surrounding wine regions Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system Basic math's skills Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills Strong customer service orientation and active listener Attentive and patience for customers Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele Must be well-presented Flexibility and Accountability Enthusiastic personality
