The successful candidate should possess a blend of interpersonal skills, and industry knowledge to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for customers by meeting the following criteria:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-Star Hotel or similar environment Solid knowledge of wine and other beverages Full insight of menu methods of production and presentation standards Proficiency in hospitality computer applications, including Opera or similar Good communication skills in English (speak, read and write) Good numeracy skills Strong attention to detail with great memory skills Confident, energetic, professional, with a friendly personality Focused on delivering excellent guest service Well-groomed with a polished appearance Able to handle pressure and multitask effectively Willing to work flexible hours based on business needs Only candidates who meet all the above criteria and currently reside near Somerset West will be considered for this position.
