Shift: Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: Depends on Experience Walk In Clinic Physician (Family Medicine) CMH / Overview Family Medicine Physician Walk In Clinic for CMH Norwich, New York. Our walk in clinic is a new, state-of-the-art clinic which opened in November 2021 at Chenango Memorial Hospital (CMH) and is attached to the Emergency Department (10 beds - private rooms). The Clinic is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. This walk in clinic will be a fast track path for patients with none ER illness, injury, etc. i.e. sore throat, bladder infection, etc. Provides urgent care to patients and helps with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations. We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Practice physician.
