Day shift is Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m. The hourly compensation starts at $22.00.

Swing Shift is Monday through Friday starting at 3:30 p.m. The hourly compensation starts at $22.00, plus a $2.00 shift differential.  

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our growing team in various departments. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and doors. You will be responsible for assembling various components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Production Assembler job Responsibilities include:

Assemble vinyl window and door components according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications. Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and assemble parts. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.   Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided). Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Good communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
