Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting employees with uniform issues.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Completes all counter transaction records to include counting and sorting all garments received and preparing the garments for shipment
+ Replaces worn and torn uniforms for employees
+ Processes employee transactions for laundry service
+ Answers all questions on uniforms and the laundry service
+ Maintains accurate documents on all uniforms distributed, goods received and inventories
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Prints name tags and organizes new hire uniforms for pick up
+ Assists in day bag issuance and retrievals
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
+ Previous customer service experience
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to multi-task
Training Requirements:
+ Knowledge of Garment Inventory Management and garment bag systems
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
+ Office work environment
+ Must be able to stand, bend and reach for extended periods of time
+ Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
+ Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
