Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/team members. Responsible for supporting the Wardrobe operations.
Essential Functions
Responsible for providing Wardrobe for casino team membersOversee centralized Wardrobe Team to ensure uniforms are appealing, laundered, inventoried and maintained while being purchased for the best possible prices for the propertyResearch and partner with department leaders for uniform modificationsMaintain records of all items that have been ordered, organize and track purchases by departments and assist the receiving department to ensure items purchased are consistent with ordersSubmit purchase requisitions/blanket orders for approvalPartner with other department representatives to problem solve uniform concernsManagement of vendor contracts, ensuring equipment is in working orderResponsible for training of team members in WardrobeGive input on work performance, address complaints, and resolving concernsInventory uniforms and ensure appropriate levels are maintained, issued, returned and repairedMaintain computerized database of all records of uniforms issued and returned through the software systemMonitor the day-to-day usage of the uniform conveyor system, barcode reader, RFID chips, and heat sealerUpdate and maintain all uniformed team member files through technology systems, report discrepancies to Wardrobe Team LeaderAssigning new team members into the uniform management system, placing labels (RFID chips) onto the garmentsReceive scanned and counted uniforms received from laundry/dry cleaning, sort and separate by alpha/numeric, scan and distribute to the appropriate team member’s slotCancelling terminated team members out of uniform manager system, pulling respective garments and cutting off any patches or identification linked to GTCH Assign/un-assign, exchange of worn or damaged uniforms for new, current and terminated team membersResponsible for the inventory control of uniforms, receiving shipments of uniforms and properly placing into stockPerforms quality assurance on all new stock. Performs restocking functionsOperates the conveyors and garment bag system and manually assists team members when garment system is downMonitor executive’s dry cleaningOther job-related duties as assigned BRING US YOUR BEST.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Associate’s degree in Apparel, Textile and Merchandising preferred
Knowledge of seamstress and tailoring techniques
High School Diploma or equivalent
One-year prior Wardrobe/Uniform experience
