Our client, a leading marine equipment supplier, is seeking a **Warehouse, Shipping and Sales Support** professional to join their team. As a **Warehouse, Shipping and Sales Support** professional, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Sales and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse, Shipping and Sales Support
**Location:** Commerce, MI
**Pay Range:** $25 hourly
**What’s the Job?**
1. Shipping: Prepare international shipping documents, assemble skids and ship parts, take late/urgent deliveries to UPS, handle tracking info requests.
2. Warehouse: Accept shipments and put away inventory, manage inventory records and counts, update data in the computer system.
3. Sales Support: Answer phone, handle straightforward orders, transfer more intricate orders to the sales manager, distribute complaint phone calls.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
5. Assist in promoting products and services while providing exceptional support to customers.
**What’s Needed?**
1. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to keep track of records and communicate with customers via email.
2. Math proficiency.
3. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues thoroughly.
4. Represent the company in a professional manner, both in written and verbal communication.
5. Ability to lift about 60 lbs. easily and experience with an order picker hi-lo that extends to 16 feet high.
