**Job Title: Warehouse/Inventory** **Book a meeting with me:** https://talentassistant.aerotek.com/assistant/bookings/U6TseLI0 **Job Description** The primary responsibility of this role is to receive inbound raw materials from various delivery methods, process the receiving in AX, collaborate with Quality Control (QC) and Purchasing on discrepancies, and transfer approved materials to appropriate warehouse and production locations. Workers will also transfer raw materials, manage finished products, pick and stage orders, load customer orders on trucks, and maintain a well-organized area. **Responsibilities** + Receive inbound raw materials via FedEx, UPS, LTL shipments, truckload, and tanker deliveries. + Process the received materials in AX system. + Collaborate with QC and Purchasing to resolve any discrepancies. + Transfer approved materials to designated warehouse and production locations. + Pick orders, stage orders, and load customer orders onto trucks. + Ensure the warehouse area remains organized. + Operate a forklift to place heavy loads in upper locations. + Verify quantities, lot numbers, and product numbers. + Sign the Bill of Lading. + Put products in QC hold for testing and document their location in the inventory. **Essential Skills** + Comfortable using a computer and working with AX system. + Experience driving a forklift and handling heavy loads. + Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. + Ability to perform heavy lifting and effective communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience in staging and picking orders. + Proficiency in using scanners for inventory management. **Why Work Here?** Enrich your life by working together with a dedicated team to create healthier, tastier, and sustainable foods. Join us in building a better future. **Work Environment** This role is based in a clean production and mixing environment within a 55,000 sq/ft facility. Employees will be provided with a uniform. The shift hours are flexible, with potential shifts from 7am to 3:30pm, 8am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, or 10am to 6:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauconda, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
