We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator and Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and equipment, as well as performing general warehouse duties. Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to standard operating proceduresMonitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform basic repairs when necessaryLoad and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storagePerform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the specified standardsPrepare and package finished goods for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentReceive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and qualityAssist with inventory management, including accurate stock counting and recordingCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesAdhere to safety protocols and follow company policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentExperience as a machine operator, preferably in a warehouse settingStrong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to operate and troubleshoot machineryAbility to interpret technical manuals and follow operating instructionsBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory managementPhysical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periodsAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesForklift certification is a plusABILITY TO DRIVE A BOX TRUCK IS A GREAT PLUS
