**Job Title: Warehouse Order Puller - $18/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as an Order Puller. This role involves manually pulling and processing orders, including both boxes and detailed files. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Pull boxes by locating and scanning barcodes. + Extract specific files from boxes, paying close attention to details such as names, numbers, case numbers, and years. + Assign new barcodes to files as needed. + Ensure accurate and efficient file retrieval, even when files are not in sequential order. + Handle different customer requirements, including medical, legal, and title companies. + Maintain high standards of accuracy to prevent customer service issues and additional fees. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse experience + General labor + Order pulling + File clerk skills + Inventory management + Packing and picking + Loading and unloading + Use of RF scanner **Why Work Here?** We offer a contract-to-hire position with a pay raise upon permanent hire. The space can be dusty, and the job involves lifting, climbing, and maneuvering heavy carts. Employees must use stairs while carts can use the freight elevator for higher racks **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
