Pay: $21.32/HR
\nThis position is responsible for the administrative support needed to maintain a smooth and efficient operation; performing daily activities that are necessary to maintain common areas with supplies, general clerical duties, reception duties and supporting multiple operations leaders as needed.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nFiling, sorting paperwork, report and email distribution, tracking orders (spreadsheet and word processing optional). \nData entry for department\nTracking, analyzing, reporting, and updating statistics for operations and performance records \nMaking copies of correspondence or other printed materials \nDealing with internal customers by phone or in person and processes orders through our internal software systems.\nOffice support including printing invoices, organizing, and maintaining files \nSpecial projects as needed \nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:
\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\nFluency in English; speak, read, and write\nOne or more years of related experience\nProficient with MS Office Suite and standard office hardware\nExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and listening skills required\nMust have demonstrated ability to self-manage time and priorities, provide support to a variety of different managerial styles and meet expectations of multiple people.\nMust be able to protect the confidentiality of information at an advanced level for all legal, financial, employee, computer or other sensitive information or material.\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\n
