Responsibilities
Singer Equipment Company, a leading food service and equipment distributor, is seeking a Warehouse administrative assistant. The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to aid management with the day to day operations of the warehouse.
+ Invoicing parcel orders through the internal system
+ Clearly and efficiently communicate information to all levels within the organization; in particular the sales and customer service teams
+ Field phone calls throughout the shift
+ Maintain daily warehouse reporting
+ Company uniform inventory and billing
+ Office supplies inventory, delivery and ordering for the warehouse and home office area’s
+ Breakroom supplies stock, ordering and replenishment for warehouse and office use area’s
+ Support for set up and breakdown of showroom area adjacent to warehouse
+ Other clerical duties as assigned
Available to work a Monday- Friday; 7:30 am-4:00 pm schedule
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
+ Excellent communication skills (via calls and emails)
+ Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Detail oriented and ability to effectively organize tasks
+ High School Diploma or GED required
Work Location: Elverson, PA / In-Office
Compensation: $16-$20/hr
