Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack to load, unload and move freight within the warehouse.Efficiently work with existing warehouse management data base systems (i.e., MGMS, FSI, CW1, LMMS or other similar program)Knowledge of and ability to handle dangerous goods.Knowledge of and ability to handle life science shipments.Determine proper space requirement for freight staging.Using and navigating the LOGIS trace (TR) functionNavigating through the LMWS systemLinking an FSI Station inventory/on hand/warehouse receipt to a HAWB (House Airway Bill)Skills / Requirements:
Demonstrate correct understanding of routine aspects of work.Effectively producing written communications which are clear, fluent, concise, and readily understood by recipients.Effectively expressing ideas and thoughts verbally in individual or group situations to bring about understanding.Creating or responding promptly to emails, writing in a concise professional manner, ensuring correct spelling and grammarCooperates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals, shares information, and supports others.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels, put others at ease; promote harmony and consensus through diplomatic handling of disagreements or conflicts.HS diploma or GED required and 1-3 years of related experience.Obtain / maintain SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) credentials.GxP Thermonet Responsibilities
Process daily Thermonet ShipmentsPrepares shipment for delivery.Ensures customer requirements are met in full compliance with Thermonet and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) guidelines.Completes pre and post shipment tasks.Handles goods within the required temperature range as per documentation/cSOP (Customer Standard Operating Procedures), including correct storage.Performs all duties specified in cSOPsTrained and certified for Thermonet requirements.Report deviations and support CAPA investigationsGood administrative skillsResults driven and attention to detail.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Performs pre-conditioning, build-up, and break-down of active ULDs (e.g., Environtainer, CSafe, etc.) and passive temperature-controlled packaging (e.g. pallets shippers, Silverpods, Va-Q-Tainer, etc.)Performs pre-conditioning of active units:Takes care of icing/re-icing active containersChecks batteriesChecks temperature of active ULDs (Unit Loading Device)Places and scans SSTs (Smart Sensor Technologies)Benefits: (All non-union employees)
