Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an adept Warehouse Analyst to join our team in the Drink and Beverages industry, located in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Analyst, you will be tasked with supervising warehouse activities, orchestrating daily tasks, and ensuring work progression using various technical tools. Responsibilities: • Utilize SAP EWM to monitor warehouse tasks and activities • Coordinate and create pick lists for warehouse operations • Oversee the daily workload, ensuring tasks are progressing as planned • Adjust workloads and reassign tasks as needed to maintain efficiency • Employ ERP solutions and other technical tools to optimize warehouse operations • Handle clerical duties related to warehouse operations, including answering inbound calls • Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of warehouse activities • Use software like Epic and Cerner Technologies to maintain accurate records • Generate charts and graphs to visualize warehouse performance • Leverage ADP for financial services related to warehouse operations. Requirements • Proven experience in the Drink & Beverages industry • Previous role as a Warehouse Analyst or similar position is preferred • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services • Experience with Cerner Technologies • Familiarity with Epic Software • Strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Competency in ERP Solutions • Proficiency in using About Time software • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently • Experience in Auditing • Ability to prepare and read Charts - Graphs • Experience in performing Clerical Duties • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team.
