Key Responsibilities

On-Time Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands and satisfaction.

Management of Warehouse and Distribution Functions: Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement: Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.

Team management experience required.

Experience with SAP and SAP EWM is preferred.

Familiarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma is a plus.

Familiarity with industrial equipment, including pumps and valves, is a plus.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates with the ability to perform the objectives above.
