If interested in exploring this great opportunity, please apply directly at www.datrose.com/careers. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Job Description:  General Duties & Responsibilities:Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.Responds to customer product inquiries via written internet-based email sessions. Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Moves boxes from dock to secure location.Unpacks, cleans, tests, and performs software patching on equipment.Downloads devices and sets up equipment for deployment to customers.Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or in email regarding troubleshooting or installation.Responsible for maintaining professional attitude and demeanor at all times while conversing with customers. Works with client to build relationships and provide value beyond customer requests.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.Documents customer information and recurring technical issues in system for tracking and trending.Resolves retailer concerns raised during installation and/or day-to-day operations.Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.Other related duties assigned as needed. Added bonus if you have:Software and technical terminal awarenessPrevious technical support working with customersOther related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development Strong analytical skillsKnowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software productsOrganizational and time management skillsSelf-starter with proven ability to work independentlyExtremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applicationsExcellent written and oral communications skillsStrong problem-solving skills  Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
