We are a wholesale electrical distributor who sells to contractors and commercial & industrial businesses. Applicants should be comfortable working in and around a warehouse. This position entails receiving merchandise, stocking material, order fulfillment, order delivery, and some sales. Potential advancement to a sales position in the future. Reports to: PC Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Ability to lift 50 pounds + Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist + Willingness to learn about electrical supplies + High school or equivalent education. Some post-secondary preferred. + Driver’s License and clean driving record + Ability to work 7:30AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday Preferred Qualifications: + Strong customer service + Basic math skills + Ability to operate a forklift ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: + Ability to work both independently and with a team + Self-motivated Working Conditions: Warehouse and sales counter environment- mostly indoor. Some off-site deliveries as needed driving a company delivery vehicle (non-CDL).
