Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping and warehouse department. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of shipments, inventory management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of shipping and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operationsManage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing goodsOversee the preparation of shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch of productsImplement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environmentMonitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including productivity and accuracyTrain and develop warehouse personnel, providing ongoing support and performance feedbackCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any issuesConduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with regulations

You Must Have:

Strong understanding of shipping and inventory management systemsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management softwareStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periodsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 – 75,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
