Pay: $18-$24/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am - 3:30 pm

Do you have a passion for using hand and power tools? Our company is looking for a motivated general assembler to join our team! We are a service truck manufacturer specializing in mechanic trucks, lube trucks, sign trucks, propane trucks, and telescoping boom cranes. his role involves positioning, producing, and fastening parts in specified relationships according to the manufacturing schedule. You will be working with hand and power tools daily to ensure that the body frames and chassis of the trucks are built to satisfaction. Additionally, you will perform light electrical voltage work and hydraulic work.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machines and tools utilized in the manufacturing environment.Understand and support the customer/supplier relationship.Produce work that meets customer specifications and company standards.Position and fasten parts according to the manufacturing schedule.Use hand and power tools to build truck body frames and chassis.Perform light electrical voltage work.Perform hydraulic work as needed.

Skills:

High school diploma or GED preferred.1-2 years of manufacturing experience is a plus.Ability to read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, work orders, two-dimensional drawings, and blueprints.Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Ability to accurately complete fraction-decimal conversions related to drawings and measurements.Positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
