This role is based on-site at our Brisbane offices

About the Role:

This position handles all inbound and outbound activities within the warehouse, including material movement to departments, stock take, reconciliation and sampling activities following the EH&S and cGMP requirements. The role also provides back-up support to both Warehouse Team Leader and the Procurement Lead when they are absent or on annual leave.

What You'll Do:Co-ordinate operational material management, ensuring all inbound goods are receipted, labeled, and stored promptlySuccessfully implement material picking, staging, and supplying processes to relevant departmentsCoordinate sampling activities with Quality and manage material reject and return processesEnsure cGMP-compliant storage and flow of (raw) materialsManage warehouse scheduling by crafting production orders, issuing batch numbers, and maintaining production protocolsCollaborate with internal collaborators and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with SOP and local/international requirementsMaintain cleanliness and high stock accuracy through timely cycle counts and production reportingEnsure the upkeep of physical systems and tools for goods flow processingConduct daily equipment checks and maintain logbooksProvide excellent customer service both internally and externallyCollaborate in special projects and lead warehouse PPI activitiesSupporting inbound and outbound shipmentsAssisting in driving company trucks when required

Keys to Success:EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesWarehouse Certification or similarSAP (or other ERP) system experienceGDP (Good Distribution practice) and GMP compliantInventory and materials management experienceExperience working in a manufacturing facilityValid Forklift and MR Truck LicenceExcellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbalExcellent planning and organization skillsGood collaboration skills

Other Important Information:Activities within the warehouse department need to be done in line with EH&S and cGMP requirements.Apply effective scheduling and prioritization of job tasks while collaborating with various internal collaborators and using IT systems.Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.Adhere to the Chain of Responsibility obligations under the Australian Heavy Vehicle National Law.
