**Production Associate** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Associate where you will be responsible for operating production lines, handling materials, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our processes. Your tasks will include pushing carts of products, moving materials around the facility, performing quality checks, setting up machinery, and conducting detailed inspections in accordance with company standards. **Hard Skills** + General labor/production line experience. + Must have physical stamina. + Ability to stand the entirety of the shift. **Soft Skills** + Must have high attention to detail. + Must maintain good attendance. + Must have the ability to work alone or in a team. **Work Environment** The work environment is a climate-controlled manufacturing setting where you will be standing on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts. Although you will have your own station, you will be part of a team and will never fully be alone. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $14.70 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
