**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within our warehouse. You will start by working in picking, using an RF scanner to pick products by hand, and may use a pallet jack or walkie rider. Your primary responsibilities will include filling customer orders, completing inbound receiving, stocking products as received, processing shipment orders, and maintaining records of all activities performed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use an RF scanner to pick products by hand.
+ Fill customer orders accurately.
+ Complete inbound receiving and log all information.
+ Stock products as received.
+ Process shipment orders efficiently.
+ Work with parcel carriers and drivers.
+ Maintain records of all activities performed.
+ Build boxes, package, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Assist with any warehouse duties as requested.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
+ Experience using RF scanners.
+ 6+ months of warehouse experience.
+ Ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs.
+ Comfortable using computers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience using an inventory program (e.g., SAP or Ship-it-Smarter).
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.
+ Prior warehouse experience.
+ Class 2 Medical Facility experience with strict guidelines, batch and lot controlled (FIFO).
+ Very metrics-driven.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a clean, GMP facility that is climate-controlled during the summer and winter. The warehouse is part of a larger facility that includes offices and a production floor. Employees must wear steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. The facility operates under FDA regulations and includes a clean room where gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks are required. The standard hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM for the first two weeks, then switch to 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime depending on workflow.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Illinois.
