The role involves filling customer orders, completing inbound receiving accurately, stocking received products, processing shipment orders, working with parcel carriers and drivers, maintaining activity records, building boxes, packaging, and preparing shipments. It is an FDA-regulated, Class 2 Medical Facility with strict guidelines and batch and lot control (FIFO). The environment is metrics-driven, and the warehouse is where the products are stored. Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. Employees work in a clean room wearing gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks. The working hours are 8:30 AM-5 PM, with overtime available depending on workflow. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
