Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift to join our team. The role involves working in various areas throughout production and the warehouse, including loading/unloading trucks, operating sit-down forklifts, grippers, pallet jacks, using RF scanners, hand packing orders in crates, sanitation, and crate washing.
ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks efficiently.Operate sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks.Use RF scanners to manage inventory.Hand pack orders in crates with attention to detail.Maintain cleanliness through sanitation and crate washing.Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.Essential Skills2+ years of warehouse experience.2+ years of experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks.Experience in shipping and receiving.Proficiency with RF scanners.Knowledge of GMP standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in dairy processing or a GMP environment.Experience on high-volume production lines.Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Comfortable standing for long periods.Comfortable working in colder environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The 2nd shift runs from 4pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday, with potential additional hours on Friday and Saturday. The work environment includes a refrigerated packaging area with temperatures around 30 degrees, and wet conditions. Proper safety attire is required, including hair nets, beard nets, hard hats, steel-toe boots, non-slip shoes, hi-vis vests, and no jewelry.
