**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are looking for an assistant warehouse coordinator that will help with all aspects of receiving product. The role involves picking and delivering material to internal labs, responding to receiving and shipping requests in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a neat and clean work area. **Responsibilities** + Pick and deliver material to internal labs. + Respond to receiving and shipping requests in a timely and professional manner. + Assist with shipping as needed. + Unload and load trucks as needed. + Handle all system receiving and paperwork processing, including physical inspection of material. + Participate in end of month (EOM) or end of year physical inventory. + Communicate the status of delivery/receiving activities to appropriate personnel. + Maintain work area in a neat and clean condition, including housekeeping in the warehouse. + Observe all safety rules and regulations. + Assist other warehouse employees or departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + Inventory control + Material handling + Warehouse inventory + Shipping and receiving + Inventory management + General labor + RF scanner operation + Pallet jack operation + Order picking **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous working experience as a warehouse worker for 2 years + High School diploma + Stand up forklift experience or any other type of powered trucks (preferred) + Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs (ERP, RF scanners) **Why Work Here?** Our company values a clean and safe work environment, providing opportunities for growth and learning in the warehouse and logistics field.
