Are you a driven candidate with solid parts and management experience? If so, we are looking for you!  We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate candidate who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Alvarado, TX location.

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.  

The position of Warehouse Associate I will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will work cooperatively with other team members to produce / manufacture quality fiberglass products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner following all policies, procedures and protocols.  This individual will communicate with team members as well as the Facilities Manager daily.

Essential Responsibilities & Requirements:  

Responsibilities

•    Process production / manufacturing requests in an accurate and timely manner.

•    Diagnose production issues and communicate issues with Facilities Manager.

•    Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.

•    Provide high quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements

•    The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have operational inquiries. 

•    Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

•    Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

•    Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.

•    Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.

•    Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and PTO.

•    Ability to work without direct supervision.

•    Basic understanding of power tools (drill, impact, drill press, etc.)

•    Basic understanding of manual tools (hammers, punches, files, etc.)

•    Know how to read a measuring tape.

•    Basic computer literacy skills
